Welcome to the 2015 Spring Challenge!

We are very excited to get this under way, please put your T-shirt size by your name on the sign- up sheet. Weigh-in is on the first day of the Challenge, please make sure to let us know if you cannot make the weigh-in time and we will arrange for a time for you.

Date: Tuesday, March 3rd
Time: 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm
Weigh-in time: 7:00 am – 5:300 pm & 6:30 pm – 8:00 pm on Tuesday, March 3rd, 2015

Mentors:   Brenda, James, Jake & Rachele

We will have 1st place to 7th place winners.
The big $$$ amount will be depending on how many participants.

You will have a chance to win 20% of the entry fee back by group participation, gym class participation, food and workout journal logging, and showing improvement weekly on body composition.

You will be asked to log your fitness/food intake, have fun work hard and sweat a lot, get out of your comfort zone a little or a lot. Challenge yourself.

We hope to see all of you in our scheduled classes.

We will have one group work out once a week with a short pep rally & talk.
5:30pm or 6:30pm Thursdays and a morning workout for those that cannot do evenings. Times will be determined by the group.
